Growing up, my mom always kept a table top charcoal grill and picnic supplies, towels and extra swimsuits in the car “just in case” we came across a park or lake to enjoy! We only had to stop for hotdogs, buns or lunchmeat for sandwiches! We always kept cards, colorbooks, crayons and car bingo cards in the car for things to do. I found myself doing this too, as my kids were growing up!
